A little behind Pensive Possibilities...
My name is Brittney Jobak and I am a graduate of Oakland University. I completed my student teaching in Kindergarten at Wattles Elementary in Troy. During the 2012-2013 school year, I was a guest teacher in Troy Schools. Currently, I am looking for opportunities to teach young hearts and find my dream job!
I am passionate about creativity, music, art, friends and family. I value education and believe I will always be a lifetime learner. I strive to learn something new each day. I have named my website "Pensive Possibilities" because I believe the educational possibilities in young minds are endless! Every moment can be used to teach or to be taught.
Last May, I spent time in New Zealand and Australia working with early elementary students. It was such an amazing and rewarding experience. The students I met will forever be in my heart! You can check out their blog here .... http://pesglaze.blogspot.com/. Drop by and see what they're up to on the other side of the world!
Personally, I enjoy reading, writing and spending time with my friends and family. I LOVE kickboxing and running! They are some of my favorite things to do! My favorite color is red, I can't live without chocolate or coffee! I have two younger brothers that mean the world to me. My parents have been happily married for 30 years. I also have two sweet dogs who like to be spoiled with belly rubs, walks, and ice cubes. Thank you for visiting my site! I hope you find some helpful resources! Feel free to email me at [email protected].
You can also check out a personal/teaching blog that I created last fall (and needs some updating!) by clicking here.
